Refund Policy

• 90% refund if you decide to cancel the order, PROVIDED that we receive your notification of cancellation 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival of our technician at your premise for installation.

• 80% refund if you decide to cancel the order in less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival of our technician at your premise for installation.

• 70% refund if you decide to cancel the order on the scheduled arrival day of our techician at your premise.

• No refund after the product is installed at your premise and that the product is properly functional.
